Lenders Independent Engineer (LIE) Services

Lender’s Independent Engineer is appointed by the lending party – the banks, or the financial institutions or the investors, who monitors the project’s implementation at various stages of the development of the work.

Banks and lending Institutions require monitoring & an independent review of the progress made in the sanctioned projects. It is a risk mitigation tool adopted by Lenders and investors. As an independent external agency, LIE reports are furnished to

2. Review and Monitor Implementation Schedule
3. Review of buildability analysis
4. Review Contracts with Contractors/ Architects and Consultants
5. Review status of Necessary Regulatory Compliance
